(Reuters) - Net income was $22.8 million, or 93 cents a share, compared
with $29.5 million, or $1.22 a share, a year earlier, the
Norwalk, Connecticut-based company said.
Excluding one-time items, earnings from continuing
operations rose to $1.41 a share from $1.22 a year ago.
