Union says reaches tentative contract with Delphi

(Reuters) - Delphi, which filed for bankruptcy in October 2005,
previously reached agreement with its biggest union, the United
Auto workers. Delphi has said it hopes to file a reorganization
plan in the third quarter and exit bankruptcy by the end of
2007.

Delphi rejects Highland investment plan

(Reuters) - Highland had proposed to invest up to $2.4 billion in new Delphi shares, $450 million in Series A convertible preferred stock and $450 million in preferred stock, according to the filing.




On Wednesday, Delphi accepted a revised proposal from a group led by Appaloosa Management to invest up to $2.55 billion in Delphi equity.
